Istanbul Breeze was born from a belief that Liverpool deserved a truly authentic Turkish dining experience — one rooted in tradition, generous in spirit, and open to everyone.

Our menus draw on centuries of culinary heritage from across Turkey and the wider Mediterranean — recipes passed down through generations, brought to life with fresh, carefully sourced ingredients and cooked over our stone grill every single day.

We wanted a space where people could gather, share plates, linger over a cocktail, and feel genuinely looked after. Queen Square gave us exactly that — and the terrace gave us something truly special.

How We Cook

Cooked Over Stone & Flame

At the heart of our kitchen is the stone grill — the source of the flavours that define Turkish cooking.

Our kebabs, grills, and skewers are all cooked over our gas stone grill and oven, locking in flavour the way it has been done for centuries. The char, the smoke, the tenderness, it cannot be replicated any other way.

Our stews are slow-cooked to order, our mezze prepared fresh each morning, and our bread baked daily. Every detail matters to us, and we think you will taste the difference.
