Table reservations

Reservations are handled by a third-party booking service (ResDiary). Please refer to their privacy policy for details of how they process your data.

3. How we use your data

Contact form submissions

We use the information you provide to respond to your enquiry. We do not use contact form submissions for marketing purposes without your separate consent.

Newsletter subscribers

With your consent, we use your name and email address to send you updates about our menu, events, offers and news. Each marketing email includes an option to unsubscribe.

Discount QR codes

Verified newsletter subscribers may receive a unique discount code. We store this code against your subscriber record to allow redemption tracking and to prevent reuse.

4. Lawful basis for processing

• Contact form: Legitimate interests: responding to enquiries you initiate.
• Newsletter and marketing emails: Consent: you opted in by submitting the sign-up form and confirming your email address.

5. How long we keep your data

• Contact form data is retained for up to 12 months and then deleted.
• Newsletter subscriber datais kept until you unsubscribe. To unsubscribe, reply to any of our emails with the subject “Unsubscribe” or contact us at hello@istanbulbreeze.uk.

6. Who we share your data with

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal data. We share it only with the following parties where necessary to operate our services:

• IONOS SE, our hosting and email provider. Your data is stored on servers in the UK/EU. IONOS processes data in accordance with UK GDPR.
• ResDiary, our table reservation platform (if you make a booking through them). Their own privacy policy applies.

We have no other third-party processors and we do not use advertising or analytics tracking.

7. Cookies

This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. We use a strictly necessary session cookie solely for the admin area of this website, which is not accessible to customers. No consent is required for this cookie.

Under UK GDPR you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Rectification of inaccurate data
• Erasure (“right to be forgotten”)
• Restriction of processing in certain circumstances
• Data portability: receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format
